Raquel, our Managing Partner. With an MBA in accounting and financial management, she transitioned from Internal Auditor Supervisor at Subic International Hotel Corp. to Cavalla Group in 2015. A graduate of the H&R Block Tax Program, USA, Raquel specializes in international taxation, overseeing daily operations at our Philippines office and managing client accounts and tax issues.

Ms. Razel Padilla, graduate of Bachelor in Transportation Management at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, has 10 years’ experience in the field of supporting executives and administrators. A master of organization and efficiency. Thrive on managing complex schedules and maintain a good workflow in the organization.

Mr. Kempson is a professor and a military veteran, a resourceful professional with 25 years of demonstrated leadership, teaching and technical instruction experience in academic and military environments. He is now navigating the legal system to share his knowledge and expertise in this field.
